Nutritional Statement
Our food products do not contain high fructose corn syrup. We control the source for all of our products, and all of our meats are sourced from hormone free suppliers. Our cheese, dough and sauce contain no preservatives or additives. Our produce is locally sourced when possible and occasionally adjusted to ensure freshness and premium quality.

Mozzarella di BufalaOur cheese is an imported fresh mozzarella, made from the milk of water buffalo, south of Naples. Our cheese has no additives, preservatives or artificial flavoring.

Doppio Zero FlourThe flour that we use is a very finely ground flour with a lower gluten content than most flours, which gives our dough its airy, fluffy quality. We also use a Mother yeast when making our dough. The mother is extremely important in giving our dough its consistent flavor and taste.

Extra Virgin Italian Olive OilOur extra virgin olive oil comes from the beautiful town of Sorrento, so beautiful that it is named in songs and poems. Our EVOO is DOP certified and it is produced by a small oil maker, the Gargiulo family.

San Marzano TomatoesOur GustaRosso DOP-certified San Marzano tomatoes are considered the best in the world, grown in the volcanic soil at the base of Mount Vesuvius. They have a deep red color and very low acidity for an all-around great taste.
